Terms That Don't Make Sense

  • Listening to: Tori Amos
  • Reading: The Athenian Navy and The Birth Of Demoncracy
  • Watching: Letters From Iwo Jima
  • Drinking: Pomogranite Juice
I have been figuring out that some terms don't make a whole lot of sense, to name a few:

"Single Parent" as Opposed to what?....Double parent....Triple Parent, and it goes on from there.

"Outer Rim", The rim means to outermost point!

"Preheated", There are only two conditions an oven or microwave can be in, heated or unheated, preheat is a useless phrase.

"Preboard", Do you get on the plane before you get on the plane?

"Closed Fist", there is only one state a fist can be in, "CLOSED!", putting the two words together is a like saying it twice.

"Original Copy", A copy is not and never will be....ORIGINAL!

My list goes on but, I won't list anymore, if you like the list I can continue in another journal entry.

I love music with a burning passion, I listen to Folk, Celtic, Greek and Earthy music.

I am obsessed with Jeff Bridges and Emma Thompson who played Professour Trelawney in Harry Potter.

I love reading so much!, I will read Supernatural books, History related books, Folk stories, Adventure and anything that takes place in the Medieval ages and back. I hate stores that have teens or kids in them. SORRY!

I love all of you!

I used mxied media - acrylics and also some texture gel. I can't recall the exact colours but if u like I will find out for you. :)
